These superbly made and ultra reliable wastegates feature a Nickel based super alloy valve and high temp NiCrFe alloy valve housing, which offers superior product life under the most demanding conditions such as turbo rotary applications which reach 2000F (1093C) exhaust temperatures. The high temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm is rated to 4 Bar. 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature and resists "relaxing" at temperature to 900F (483C). Supplied with Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel valve seat, valve bushing, and lower housing and fastening hardware. These are capable of flowing .32Kg/S at 1 Bar. The color anodized 6061-T651 aluminium actuator is available in silver, red, blue, purple and black. Wastegates are shipped with fastening hardware, 10mm aluminium banjo type air fittings, and gaskets. These gates are race proven at Daytona 24hour, on Porsche GT2 Twin Turbo. Flanges are an extra cost, they do not come with the wastegate unit. Please specify coloure when ordering
