This is a genuine IHI VF34 turbo. This is a common upgrade for WRXs and it replaced the now discontinued VF22. The VF34 will spool up approximately 250RPM quicker than the similar VF30, making it a good all round performer. This is a ball bearing turbo with a 479 comp wheel and P18 turbine housing.
